Long resolution process

I appreciate that there is immediate reply from the Customer Service team and that the reply is courteous and respectful. However, the resolution process takes so long and I have to talk to different agents who ask for the same information from me despite sending this previously. I also did not sign up for this service. What was advertises in Facebook was for Watsons samples which was then erroneously linked to this page. This is misleading customers.
