We’ve been working with Grow My Clinic for just 2–3 weeks, and in that short time we’ve already received more leads than we ever did from all our past social media marketing combined. Not only that — we’ve closed at least five clients in two weeks, which is huge for our type of practice.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! COMPLETE SCAM. The fact that this service had a 2.7 review rating yesterday and now, after allegedly persuading individuals to remove their negative feedback, has risen to a 3.9 should raise all the red flags. We fell for their appealing marketing tactics. We paid them to deliver on their promises and received… absolutely nothing. They charged us multiple times with ZERO results. I'm not even talking about outcomes; they would actually need to have taken action to achieve results, but they did NOTHING! For an entire month, we called, we emailed, we called, we emailed, and received zero replies. After spending $3000, we had to contact our bank to report them for fraud. Then, guess who reached out to us within hours? That certainly got their attention, but not positively. Were they apologetic in any way? Not at all. They sent us rude messages and threats, claiming they would involve their lawyers. In just 6 days, they charged our card two more times. Now we’re out $5000 with NOTHING but threats to show for it. Interestingly, they have a vacant social media page stating that a certain company is the owner. A quick online search leads you to a marketing firm out of NY. If it’s the same, that’s all they are—just a marketing company that fails to deliver on their commitments. Do not engage! They will happily take your money and then disappear. A total and utter scam.
To begin with, they set up my business ads under a name different from my clinic. Additionally, I received no in-office leads despite spending over $1500 on ads. To make matters worse, they created a second clinic using the same misleading name within a 20-mile radius of my office. I decided to stop after a short period when they requested another $3,000 for ad spend, claiming it was too complicated to show the actual costs incurred for my ads. After posting my initial review, the owner reached out asking me to remove it in exchange for a refund of unused ad spend and half of my monthly fee. I agreed, but then they shorted me on the refund. Please exercise caution; many recent reviews seem to be aimed at inflating their reputation. I would have liked to share the messages they sent me, but unfortunately, the platform does not allow image uploads with reviews.
Where to start. First off they set my business ads us using a different name other than my clinic site. Second they fails to produce one in office lead after spending over $1500 in ad spend. Third they ran a second clinic is using the same fake name within 20 miles of my office. I stopped after a very short amount of time since they were asking me to spend another $3k in and spend ( they never show you the actual cost or amount that was actually spent on you ads saying it was too difficult to calculate!) After writing my initial on trust pilot review here the owner Daniel Wagner reached out to ask me to take it down for compensation ( refunding me the unused ad spend and 1/2 my monthly retainer fee). I agreed to this and the next thing I know they short me on the refund. Please be very careful. If you notice many reviews are in the recent past as they look to pad their actual reviews. I would have loved to post the messages they sent me but unfortunately TrustPilot does not let us post images with the review.
Working with Grow My Clinic has been a delightful experience. They have been incredibly attentive to my needs, thoroughly explaining the entire process.
