I cannot recommend this company due to the very poor quality of their product and customer service. I ordered two children's bracelets through a financial institution; one was easy to set up and worked well, but the other required assistance from the bank to function. Unfortunately, it stopped working after just a month, and I had to reach out multiple times to the support team before they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement is impossible to activate, and despite my efforts to contact the support team, they blamed the bank for the issue. The bank, during a call with the support team, was informed that the problem likely stemmed from customer error. Now, I find myself with three bracelets, two of which are completely unusable, and no help from the support team. This situation has been ongoing since summer 2025! I strongly advise against this service.
