I cannot recommend this service due to the very low quality of their product and lack of customer support. I ordered two children's bracelets through a financial institution; one was easy to set up and functioned well, while the other required assistance from the bank to get it operational. Unfortunately, it stopped working after just a month, leading to numerous communications with the support team before they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement is impossible to activate, and despite reaching out to the support team, they blame the bank for the issue. The bank, during a call with the support team, was informed that the problem likely stemmed from customer error. Now, I find myself with three bracelets, two of which are completely unusable, and no help from the support team. This situation has been ongoing since summer 2025! I strongly advise against this service.
I purchased a bracelet with a Share function and had trouble activating it. I got stuck in a loop where my password wasn’t recognized. After resetting a few times, I reached out for help. By sharing screenshots, I explained my situation and was advised to sign in with Google. That worked perfectly! Now I'm set up and ready to pay and share at my convenience. Excellent customer support.
I've used both the rings and recently the bracelet - all are excellent products. Unfortunately, the bracelet stopped working after getting wet, but after drying it out, it worked for about a week before failing completely. I reported this to the support team, and they provided a voucher code for a new one - outstanding service, which I did not expect.
The technology from this company is the most elegant and practical I have ever used. I have a ring with key functionality, and it even works as both my house and office key. No more carrying keys or access cards. The customer support has also been prompt and very helpful. I can't imagine going back to life without this technology, whether it's the ring or keyring. Setup has always been easy, and it has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend their products to anyone considering them.
