STOP what you are doing and read this if you have ANY questions about GothMall!!! I recently order a 2 piece dress. I am hoping to wear it for Halloween. Molly, emailed me to tell me they would send the pieces separately so it would ship faster. I received the top shortly after. My size in the skirt wasn’t ready to ship, so Molly said she would ship another size for free with a return label for the one that doesn’t work. Of course there was a delay in shipping. So each day, Molly followed up to see where the skirt was with shipping and would email me an update. She has been with me every step of the way. I received notification this morning the skirt will arrive Saturday. I’m over the moon excited. I can’t begin to explain how refreshing it is to have this type of customer service. It was above and beyond. I didn’t feel like I was lost in the masses. Come to find out this is a small owned store. I will be a forever customer! Thank you GothMall and Molly!
