STOP what you are doing and read this if you have ANY questions about GothMall!!! I recently order a 2 piece dress. I am hoping to wear it for Halloween. Molly, emailed me to tell me they would send the pieces separately so it would ship faster. I received the top shortly after. My size in the skirt wasn’t ready to ship, so Molly said she would ship another size for free with a return label for the one that doesn’t work. Of course there was a delay in shipping. So each day, Molly followed up to see where the skirt was with shipping and would email me an update. She has been with me every step of the way. I received notification this morning the skirt will arrive Saturday. I’m over the moon excited. I can’t begin to explain how refreshing it is to have this type of customer service. It was above and beyond. I didn’t feel like I was lost in the masses. Come to find out this is a small owned store. I will be a forever customer! Thank you GothMall and Molly!
The merchandise at this store is unlike any that is on the internet. Each item looks like it was personally selected for their store. The stuff you see here you won't see anywhere else. I highly recommend the Victorian Mourning sunglasses, looks exactly like the picture. Definitely the go to sunglasses for any goth girly. The Belladonna dress IS TO DIE FOR!! It is GORGEOUS on me!! If you need a daring dress for an event, the Belladonna is for you! Thank you, Goth Mall! Quality: 10/10 Customer Service: 10/10.I will absolutely be a returning and loyal customer.
Ready for a story of amazing customer service? In my excitement to buy my wedding dress, I ordered the WRONG size. Not by a little bit either. You can imagine my panic when I received a dress several sizes too small and realized my mistake. I reached out in despair.Goth Mall quelled all my fears. They were prompt, friendly, and reassuring that I would get the correct size. Those wonderful people were correct. I received both (my mistake dress and my actual one) quickly. The dress was a great quality and actually looks like the pictures on the website. I'm a plus sized woman and the thought of dress shopping hurt my heart. I've never been more pleased with the true to size fitting of this experience. If you are looking for a quality, easy experience give them try for your wedding dress.
My customer service rep Molly helped me out a bunch. I ordered the wrong size. She got it fixed. Then my package got lost and she spent a decent amount of time locating it and making my wife’s Christmas extra special for once. She was a gold one for sure!
I placed (pumkpin spoons) and order and the wrong shipping was added (my fault due to autom fill) I contacted goth mall and Molly in customer service was amazing!!!She updated everything right away and I got my pumpkin spoons shipped to the correct address. Shipping was fast and the spoons were exactly as described. I love them.
In addition to boasting a huge catalog of inexpensive, high quality items every goth will love, Goth Mall has the best customer service I have ever experienced shopping anywhere online: and I am a compulsive online shopper!There was a bit of a snafu with shipping my order (entirely the fault of the carrier, not at all Goth Mall), and Molly, the most amazing customer service representative and nicest human being ever, sorted it all out for me immediately. She handled the communication with the carrier, updated me every step of the way without my having to ask, and got replacement items shipped out to me (via an alternate carrier, just to be on the safe side - how awesome is that?!) faster than I could have imagined. I HIGHLY recommend Goth Mall for all your goth needs. You won’t be disappointed!
I was initially very disappointed with my purchase:I was looking for a specific pair of boots from killstar and the google search lead me to GothMall. I own the original killstar boots, they are just very worn out from use and wanted to replace them because I love them so much, but could not find them for sale anywhere. The boots from the pictures looked very similar to the originals, enough to fool me. However in person you can actually tell how very different they are and the fit is completely different too. They look nice to wear, but comfort level is very low. Edit: I was happy to be contacted by GothMall, their customer service is great and they took immediate action by removing the boots from their website since quality was not up to their standard. I look forward to buying from them again!
The customer experience was AMAZING. I ordered here for prom, and was worried things wouldn't ship in time. I was amazed to see they came in 3 DAYS!!! I ended up having to return and item, and communication was quick and efficient.
