I had a horrible experience with this company. Their products do not match the website images, and returning items is nearly impossible. I spent $30 on return shipping to China, only for the item to be sent back. When it was returned, I requested a refund, but they offered a 40% discount on a future purchase instead, or suggested I try shipping it again. I suspect their customer service is automated based on their responses. I will never shop with them again.
