I ordered a dress from Goth N Rock which was supposed to be a size medium. When it arrived it was way too small and I emailed them to request a return. Despite several emails they have not responded. Do not buy from them!
Absolutely horrendous experience. jacket sent was the wrong size and so doesn’t fit . For me to return costs over £25 ! They are blatantly flouting distance selling regulations as the item is not fit for purpose! Do they care ? Nope so unless you want to keep a £70 that doesn’t fit / not as described I suggest you buy elsewhere disgusting trading should be struck off then they want £5 restock fee as well
Oh n they don’t want to pay customs either so they illegally ask you to put the cost of the item at £5 !!! So in the event of it getting lost you’re only insured for that amount
The worst experience I’ve ever had . Please don’t buy anything from this company . It’s bogus and practices thievery . I was robbed and violated …company is a complete scam .
The dress I ordered was supposed to be velvet. When it arrived it was not velvet but was some thin synthetic material with no nap and felt very cheap. When I reached out the the company they only offered a 40% discount on my next purchase- no return. I would not have paid $20 for the dress I got but it was $60 and supposed to be on sale. Very disappointed and it appears I have no recourse at all.
Deceptive practices! I received a shirt (from overseas) that was completely different from what was shown in the advertisement, and the material tags were removed. When I attempted to return it, the company became uncooperative and offered a discount on future purchases instead of a refund. I had to escalate the issue through a payment dispute to retrieve my funds, as they ceased communication when I mentioned consumer protection regulations. Many others seem to have faced similar issues. Steer clear!
This company will cheat you. I received some items ahead of schedule, but only two were usable. To return the rest, I had to ship them back to China or accept a discount on future products. I foolishly chose to return them at my own expense, expecting at least a partial refund. I sent it back via certified mail months ago, and they have not communicated since. This is a scam; alert everyone to avoid this seller.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Their products do not match the website images, and returning items is nearly impossible. I spent $30 on return shipping to China, only for the item to be sent back. When it was returned, I requested a refund, but they offered a 40% discount on a future purchase instead, or suggested I try shipping it again. I suspect their customer service is automated based on their responses. I will never shop with them again.
