I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible customer service. This is a scam. They sent the wrong tickets to me to the NCAA tournament. They acknowledged their error and said they would cancel and issue a refund. They never did. Contacted customer service multiple times and wasted a couple of hours of my life, only to be told at the end that they would not issue a refund. Avoid this company!
