This company is a complete scam. I ordered tickets back in December for NASCAR as a Christmas gift to my husband. I purchased the tickets but they were never delivered. I contacted them repeatedly about my ticket probably about 7 times. They had an excuse on why I didn’t have my tickets every time saying I would get my tickets and they are guaranteed. I spent thousands of dollars flying my husband, daughter and myself out all the way across the country, made plans to go to Disney and do a whole week around this trip. The day before the race still no tickets. I’m out thousands at this point so we purchase tickets last min through STUB HUB and guess what, within 20 min I have my tickets and parking pass. Stub hub was able to get me my tickets in 20 min! Go tickets couldn’t get there act together in 7 weeks! I WILL NEVER purchase from go tickets! Worst experience ever! I will tell everyone I know what a horrible company they are that leave customers hanging after weeks and thousands of dollars out of pocket.
