Whenever I encounter an issue, the support team is never helpful. They come off as rude and condescending. They claim they can't check call logs older than 24 hours, but it's impossible to reach them within that timeframe, making it a lost cause. They also mentioned that I couldn't configure our phone system to direct calls to a specific group and have it ring back to the receptionist if unanswered, but I found a workaround. When I inquired about reporting, they couldn't even confirm if certain add-ons would provide the features I need. They don't seem to try to help at all, and I doubt they understand how their own product works.
