They auto renew services without notifying the customer as required by state law! They refuse to refund the services. Horrible customer service if you can even get thru to a person.
Horrible customer service, no prorated on cancellations even when I told them I was interested in a different product of theirs and would use that money to sign up for the other product. They still said NO. Way to lose a customer you morons
It's unfortunate that the platform is allowing this seller to post offers. The self-transit process is poorly designed and incredibly stressful. The support team is ineffective; they simply acknowledge the issues and make empty promises without taking action. I ended up stranded at an airport and wasted an entire week with unproductive conversations.

For a business that relies on dependable phone service and prompt support, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this platform to any business that requires reliable communication and assistance.

The company renewed my Pro account subscription without any prior notice. I called right after receiving the invoice, but the billing representative I spoke to refused to reverse the charge. The product is currently blocked by my business due to security concerns and is therefore unusable. After reaching out to tech support, I was connected with someone in billing who helped downgrade my Pro account to an individual one, saving me $600. However, they should definitely provide advance notice for renewals. It's unreasonable that they require 30 days' notice to cancel the contract.
Whenever I encounter an issue, the support team is never helpful. They come off as rude and condescending. They claim they can't check call logs older than 24 hours, but it's impossible to reach them within that timeframe, making it a lost cause. They also mentioned that I couldn't configure our phone system to direct calls to a specific group and have it ring back to the receptionist if unanswered, but I found a workaround. When I inquired about reporting, they couldn't even confirm if certain add-ons would provide the features I need. They don't seem to try to help at all, and I doubt they understand how their own product works.
My experience with this service has been extremely frustrating. You cannot cancel your subscription easily. They have removed the cancellation button from their interface, forcing you to call someone in the US to terminate the service, which is nearly impossible to do from my location. I'm stuck paying for a subpar service and feel trapped. I'm convinced they are violating consumer rights.
