I booked via booking.com and did not know this was the company behind the bookings. They are absolutely appalling. I booked a trip from Germany to Brazil because of a medical emergency within my family. Gotogate apparently forgot to book my Berlin - Frankfurt ticket (45 min flight) offered no explanation that made sense, and kept giving me scripted responses. I had to go home from the airport not knowing what would happen. They rebooked me on a much worse flight with a 10 hour connection. Have not offered a single euro compensation and keep telling me that my case has been "supported" and pretend they dont know what compensation is or what I am complaining about. I urge anyone reading this to stay away from this company - its stressful, unclear and appalling.
