It's become nearly impossible to get in touch with this company. The chat doesn't work, and the phone waiting times are so long that I ended up using all my credit. I also tried contacting them via Viber, but after an hour on hold, they still couldn't hear me properly nor help me.
I'm still unable to modify or cancel my ticket after the company changed it, as the old one is still showing in the system. Extremely frustrating!! I won't be using this service again.
