I would not even give it a 1! First price i clicked on was £997 when i paid it jumped up to £6000.00 when i tried to cancel online i asked why he told me flight no longer available yet it was the same flight. I paid for a second at £1067 it came off my account but no confirmation so therefore no flight! Been on live chat no help whatsoever! 15 days for a refund on first can’t find 2nd so now I’m still over 1000 at lloss
