This is the WORST AGENCY for Umrah in the UK.They are not trustworthy, not professional, random,...I first didn't want to write any negative review, but things went so bad that I think I have to share my experience with GoToHaram.Be ready to be shocked with all the crazy things they did:Booking: we agreed on the price for a package, I sent the payment. 1 week later, he asked me to pay 400£ more "because the flights are more expensive now". After weeks of fighting and legal threats, he finally accepted to take his responsibility. Planning, preparation...: We had ZERO message from them weeks/ days before to prepare for the Umrah. until the morning of my departure, they didn't tell me "the driver will be waiting for you here, this is his phone number" or "do you want to do Umrah the first day, so let's book it now like this it is all planned...".I had to initiate every conversation, everything. Basically I had to know everything to make it happen. What's the point of an agency if I know everything?Not reliable drivers: I arrived at 4am in Jeddah, there was no driver. I called for 1 hour the agency who accepted to pay a Uber.Hotel: the hotel was good and clean and convenient.Guide: The guide was VERY unprofessional! he arrived 30minutes late after bullshiting me with his "I'm nearby, coming".Once I finally met him in front of the masjid before performing Umrah, he started to speak Urdu with me and doesn't speak English at all. This was so shocking and I was so tired of all the unprofessional work made by the agency that I got enough of them, fired the guide, and decided that I won't rely of anything with the agency anymore.Return: the agency didn't even text me at the end of the trip to ask me how it was.This is not a professional agency. they simply book your flight and hotel, send a random uncle as a guide, and hire the cheapest not reliable people.They try to get the maximum of money with the minimum of service. I can't believe this is a real agency, it might be the second job of a pakistani family who has also a restaurant and thought it is an easy job to book flights and hotels for Umrah.With my experience, I don't believe any of the positive comments, I am sure they are paid comments, or family/ friends commenting.
I booked my umrah and second time with the family, Omar gave us great services all the time.every thing was perfect and perfectly arranged by omar.i would recommend Go to Haram to my family and friends. I will book with them in future in sha Allah.
Used this company couple of times for umrah and it was great. Great service omar bhai made the process easy and answered all my questions. and was on hand to help any time.Will use them again and defo recommend anyone to use them
