I feel the need to share my experience with the very unsatisfactory service and lack of responsibility from the company. I booked a vehicle for a wedding in London (Dec 2025). Despite reaching out multiple times to confirm everything, I arrived to find the booking instructions were entirely wrong. - No shuttle as promised. I had to carry my luggage over 1km through mud and grass along a busy road to get to the office. - My pickup was set for 13:00, exactly when the office closes, leaving me without options. - The support team was initially unhelpful. I had to book a new vehicle through another service at the last minute, costing me an extra £166.27 and resulting in a 5-hour wait at the airport! - While they eventually refunded the original booking (in two confusing transactions), they have completely ignored my formal complaint about compensation for the price difference. I have received no apology, no acknowledgment of their error, and no response to my emails for weeks. Refunding for a service you failed to provide is not just a courtesy; it's a legal obligation—it certainly isn’t a solution. I am still out of pocket by £166.27 due to their misleading information and negligence. I would not wish this dreadful experience on anyone.
