The customer service experience was easy simple and most of all very helpful in all aspects of what i wanted and what was important to me. He made me feel valued as a customer also at the same time doing his job very professionally. Even when we got disconnected he called me back as i was hoping he would because after being on hold for over an hour from my initial first call, i wasn't going to call back due to waiting so long on hold for a customer service agent already. I'm giving 5-Stars too the agent who took my call if not for him it would of been 3-Stars due too the long waiting time. He's a great asset to the company.
