Im not usually one for writing reviews however tyrone at got you covered deserves one so its only right….Amazing from start to finish, i have had trouble getting a policy due to making mistakes in my younger driving days. After shopping around got you covered came back with the best price possible fully comp!! I want to personally thank tyrone phillips who dealt with me very good communication skills and looked after me from start to finish he was really patient with me and explained everything clear and honest not a sleazy sales man like a lot of others just a genuine geezer!! The customer service experience was easy simple and most of all very helpful in all aspects of what i wanted and what was important to me. He made me feel valued as a customer also at the same time doing his job very professionally. Even when we got disconnected he called me back as i was hoping he would because after being on hold for over an hour from my initial first call, i wasn't going to call back due to waiting so long on hold for a customer service agent already. I'm giving 5-Stars too the agent who took my call if not for him it would of been 3-Stars due too the long waiting time. He's a great asset to the company.

Great customer service the best customer service I’ve dealt with getting car insurance…Bradley really went that extra mile to help me get my cover and he got me a really good discount I couldn’t be more happier with this insurance company.
1st call was not the best but that quickly turned around when I spoke to the manager Joe and he helped answer questions , was patient enough to deal with all the issues I had - I also would like to thank Bradley for processing everything for me and calling back as agreed when I needed to check through things - the prices are really good and I’m happy with my policy I would highly recommend :)
