Cancelled the order within 2 hrs, so well before the 3-5 days processing time. Refused the cancellation, instead telling me I could send the product back at my own cost (despite the item not even been processed yet). What a disgraceful company
Add: noted reply from company. I'd like to add that I contacted the company prior to the processing and shipment. About 2 hours after I requested the cancel, I received an email stating they had now processed and were ready for shipping.
Stop backpedalling and falsely stating I contacted after shipping, I have email evidence! Stop the lies!
