Cancelled the order within 2 hrs, so well before the 3-5 days processing time. Refused the cancellation, instead telling me I could send the product back at my own cost (despite the item not even been processed yet). What a disgraceful company
Add: noted reply from company. I'd like to add that I contacted the company prior to the processing and shipment. About 2 hours after I requested the cancel, I received an email stating they had now processed and were ready for shipping.
Stop backpedalling and falsely stating I contacted after shipping, I have email evidence! Stop the lies!
I bought these pots and pans on Black Friday , didn’t receive them til the end of December,, and I had to beg for them the whole time , then when I got them the whole order wasn’t thier ,, today is the 24th of January and I got the griddle and pan protectors about a week ago or soo ago ,, anyway the utensils come and they smelled like white Paint ,, that scared me , then I used a pan for hot chocolate for a couple of weeks and it’s loosing color ,, then I used another pan and it is weird it looks like it’s turning colors , this is the white pans . These pans are scaring me loosing colors and they won’t refund my money. These pans are trash !
Pans stain almost right away and look outdated and shabby. I can't find where they were made, which is frustrating! Customer support is lacking and refused to issue a refund or accept returns for the stained pans—definitely a regrettable purchase. Feels like another social media scam.
I bought the terracotta and taupe shades from the ceramic collection mainly for their aesthetic appeal, and I use them daily. They cook beautifully for everything from omelettes to oven-baked dishes, and they are lightweight yet sturdy. However, I wish there were more deeper pans available in these colors, as I would purchase them immediately.
After downsizing, we needed cookware that wouldn’t take up too much space, and this stainless steel set fits the bill perfectly. Everything nests together neatly, and the finish looks very high-end in person. I’ve been using it daily on my induction stove, and it still appears brand new. My only suggestion would be to make the lids a bit heavier, but overall, I'm quite pleased.
