I have ordered with Gusto many times before and have had the odd bad ingredient but no major issues but the last couple of boxes have definitely not been good. The potatoes they have supplied are so small there is no way they will feed a family of 4 and had the odd wilted vegetable but the most recent delivery received on the 28th March 2026 also had very poor expiry dates. I ordered 5 different meals that I wanted to last all week as I normally do based on stating to use them on the Monday, but they were ALL dated either the 1st or 2nd of April meaning I had to start cooking the day I received them to use them before the expiry date. I explained this to the member of staff on the chat and expressed my disappointment and was simply told they were all with the expected date and that "we expect you to start cooking the day you receive it" This offers no flexibility. For that reason and based on the size and quality of some ingredients of late I have cancelled my account and unsubscribed from all future correspondence. They have lost a returning customer because of their response.
