I will join the rest of the reviews saying I would give 0 stars if possible. Have spent hours trying to prove my identity to get access to services. They could not identify me via any of my banking details despite all details being correct. Advised to download their app and was then told that they could not accept my passport as photo ID, even though that was one of the options, and to use a driving licence which I don't have. Final advice was to go to Post office for manual ID except I am housebound/disabled. Customer support said it may be due to a recent change of address and to update it VIA THEIR APP. The one I cant get access to. This site is not fit for purpose
