I called the DBS and they were very unhelpful! I requested a reprint 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it so I called them. The advisor asked me a series of security questions which I am 100% sure I answered correctly as none of the answers have changed since I submitted the original application. Yet the DBS advisor told me I FAILED security and hung up on me. This shows their information is different to the information I entered in which is a security VIOLATION and BREACH which is very CONCERNING! I then called back and the next advisor hung up on me after I gave him my application reference number before even getting to security. Each time you have to listen to a silly automated voice saying stuff like “many of your questions can be answered online please visit our website we are very busy at the moment” blah blah even though the wait time is less than 5 minutes so saying they’re very busy is a bunch of lies. No my questions cannot be answered on the website or I wouldn’t be calling you. Appalling service! Very VERY dissatisfied!
