I bought a very large canvas picture on 4th February, delivered 7th February. Unfortunately it was slightly damaged. Since the afternoon of the 7th I have been searching for access to Dunelm customer service. I held their customer service line for 25+minutes , no reply. I tried several times to use their Chat Line, it refuses to recognise my order number (checked, correct) I have tried following their returns advice, they say they have sent me an email, they haven't. I have tried phoning the nearest Dunelm shop, no reply. I have twice sent an email to an email address I found for their Enquiries. No response. I am now stuck with an enormous damaged picture, no way of contacting them. I feel I have no alternative to go to PayPal for help. What a shambles
