I purchased a sweater online from a company called NANCY LONDON. The sweater arrived, late but was at least two sizes to small and with no tags. I messaged the company asking for a refund or a replacement sweater. They have refused and are hiding behind their refund/returns policy. In fact on a 2nd message from them they offered me a 30% reduction on my next purchase. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
