But instead I experienced another useless service which purely aims at getting you to pay a third party provider when actually the service is meant to be free! When are we going to replace civil servants with efficient AI agents. Whoever was talking to me on the webchat was so unhelpful and rude. One login does not work! Coded by incompetents. There was zero thinking put into this website. It looks extremely rushed. The smartphone App is in the same way just abysmal. Incredibly frustrating!
