I have literally sent more than 50 emails requesting a refund for a deposit/charge made to my account, attaching proof of payment, bank details, and all the necessary information. I have never received a clear confirmation or any human assistance; instead, I keep receiving the same automated response over and over again.
This reflects a concerning lack of professionalism, follow-up, and seriousness toward customers. If I do not receive a real solution and the corresponding refund, I will continue to document this negative experience publicly through reviews and formal reports so that others can be aware. I still prefer to believe this can be resolved properly and that my money will simply be returned.
