Avoid Govdeals as their products are misrepresented, Govdeals was blaming the municipality and the municipality blamed Govdeals leaving me with a vehicle that needs a new engine the answer was you pay As Is, so I have to fix it myself which cost me $5K. I Also paid 2 time, and the refund was difficult I'm still waiting for my return I paid $ 11,050.00 which was ACH wire payment which they said they will not take it, so I sent $11,050 for another bank as a wire, and they took both payments I'm waiting for my refund they keep saying we will send you check your Emil.
