Very disappointed. I’ve bought multiple of their products before and I’m happy with them, however I ordered a TV backlight and they delivered it to a wrong address, I never received the package.
When I contacted their support I realized they couldn’t care less, they refused to send a replacement or issue a refund and even after my second email they even stopped responding.. 80$ down the drain 😁
Will know better to not support such a lousy company in the future.. But if anyone does buy from them I suggest buy through Amazon so you could atleast use Amazons adequate policy and ask for a refund/replacement if you get into the same situation.
