The experience was absolutely terrible. I had to order twice to finally receive what I needed, as the first package got lost and they took a long time to investigate. After the original order showed up a month late, I emailed them to return it and get my money back, but they ignored my request. I had to wait weeks for my items and paid extra for returns. I would gladly choose a different brand to avoid this customer service.
