Please do not purchase Govee Outdoor Permanent Lights RGBN1C, they stopped working on December 2025. Got these lights in April of 2025 from Best Buy, a trivia friend had these lights and liked. Went through all the work of putting these on the eaves on the house. Going up and down a ladder for hours. Plugged in and worked fine. Used them on and off during the summer, had them on for Christmas when one night looked out and they did not come on. Checked the wires and outlet all good, no cut wires and outlet working fine. Sent email to Govee support to say my lights are not working. For proof had to send support a video of me plugging in the lights and them not lighting. Govee support sent me an adaptor and switch, which did not work, so the light still do not work. Govee support advised me to contact the vendor I purchased them from and ask for a refund. I purchased at Best Buy...so it is past the time for getting a refund. So now I have to (when the weather gets warmer) remove these lights from my eaves on the house. Now this will be a lot of work going up and down a ladder and the lights are stuck on so will have to pry off each light. My best suggestion is not to buy these lights as they will not work for more than a year. These lights are expensive, please invest your money into nice landscape lighting to show on your house. So if you have a problem with your landscape lights it is much easier to work on the ground to fix, no climbing a ladder. Also my trivia friend had parts of their lights quit working. They are not happy with these lights.
