I ordered an item on December 8, and was told it would ship by December 22, 2025. After no updates, I called on January 6 and was told it wouldn't ship until May. The representative was rude and dismissive, offering no apologies or clear communication. I requested a refund, but was met with more rudeness and ended up disconnected. I've been unable to reach anyone since. They took over $2000 from me without any resolution. Very disappointing.
