The service is a scam. I’m sure that if you can either write nor read nor put things together in simple step wise fashion, this is a very valuable service. They cannot obtain a passport for you. They will continue to banter and bother you to purchase more services. They will then make it clear to you that they cannot represent to the government for you nor can they get passports, TSA or any other documents. What they simply do is take information that you provide for them and fill out a form that you can simply get either at your airport or in the case for passport at the Postal Service. They will also offer you expedited service. It will cost you a great deal of money and there is nothing expedient about it. It took me the better part of six weeks for them to simply fill out forms. Send me an envelope that I had to place the forms into sign the forms put another check after I’ve already spent over $100 cut out my picture place that in there and then send it off myself to the post office. All of this took better than six weeks and required multiple multiple interactions calls, text messages and emails to them only to find out that in the end I could’ve done this simply and much more quickly. If you’re a shut in, do not speak the language , are illiterate, cannot fill in forms, understand directions this service is meant for you at a much much lower cost. I have spoken to the company multiple people, and I’m sure a few bots. My comments are very well known to them. I will continue to make sure that people do things in the more expedient, direct and cost-effective manner. This is one more poorly orchestrated, bad promise under the heading of GOV.
