DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!! I MEAN A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM PLEASE! HEED MY WARNING! They filled out my forms incorrectly 2 times, which slowed things down! Then the US Government somehow got my credit card information and charged my card the $130 renewal fee long before they even received my application. Their application makes it mandatory to attach a check for the renewal, so when they just received my application they cashed my check for another $130, therefore, it cost me a total of $360 to renewal my passport. I should have gone straight to the US Government to do this. GOV+ IS A TOTAL SCAM!!
My 84 year old mother tried to renew her PreCheck on their website. She didn't realize her PreCheck was not expired. GovPlus collected $97 anyway and won't refund it because they've "already started on her application." This is incredibly deceptive and predatory. The legitimate sites like Clear tell you you don't need to renew before you pay.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! you don’t need this service! It misrepresents itself - you’re paying $97 for NOTHING! A digital form you complete yourself. Don’t waste your time and money!
Horrible service. Not recommended every singe paper has errors and they took 6 months to review and everything is in correct pictures a blurry stay away from this service.

GOVPLUS is a scam. They claim they will do the entire processing for you after you jump through a few hoops online. All they end up doing is automatically filling out some forms for you based on forms you filled out online. They then print these forms out, send them to you, and tell you to book an appt. with the post office yourself..which all of this you could have done yourself.
Tried to get a replacement Birth Certificate. Paid a lot of money, got nothing. Its been 4 mouths it should have only taken a couple weeks. Try to ask for some kind of reimbursement, no. Their system was down. Obviously it's always down when you need help. Trust me, don't trust them.
Quick, and very easy if you are filling for lost, damaged, or expired Passport in a rush, but you also have the option to not rush it. Also sets you up for TSA check.
This site is a scam. They charged me 97 dollars for something that is available for free. Their name starts with certain letters to mislead users into thinking it’s a government site. It’s actually a third-party site that tricks you into paying for services that should be free. When I figured out the truth and tried to contact their customer service for a refund, I was told I could only get half of my money back because I had used their services. Avoid this site; it's a scam.
