I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience. I can't comment on the taste of these brownies as they were delivered without my knowledge and left behind a bin by the courier. When I discovered them 12 days later, I reached out to the company, but their response lacked any empathy. They essentially blamed the sender and offered no apology or understanding. They claimed I should have contacted them within 7 days, even though I only found the brownies after 12 days. Given that these fresh brownies were exposed to the elements and fluctuating temperatures, I’m not inclined to eat them. The packaging had a minuscule note indicating perishable items, which the courier clearly overlooked. They take no responsibility for ensuring safe delivery and show no concern if it fails. The company promotes itself as a charming local business, ideal for surprise deliveries, yet their customer service is lacking. It’s hard to believe they can market surprises while providing such poor delivery service. Be cautious if you intend to gift these; if the courier fails to deliver properly, it's your problem, and your money will be wasted.
