I can’t verify if these brownies truly taste as wonderful as advertised, since they were delivered without my knowledge and left hidden behind a bin by the courier. When I discovered them 12 days later, I reached out to the company to explain the situation, but their response was lacking empathy. They essentially blamed the sender, with no apology or understanding offered.
They also indicated I should have contacted them within 7 days, despite my finding the brownies after 12 days. Given that these fresh brownies were exposed to the elements for so long, I’m reluctant to eat them. The packaging included a tiny note indicating the items were perishable, which the courier clearly disregarded. The company takes no responsibility for ensuring the product arrives safely at its destination nor do they seem to care if it doesn’t.
The business promotes itself as a local cottage company, ideal for sending delightful surprise deliveries, but the customer service shows a lack of concern for the customer. It’s perplexing how they can advertise as a surprise delivery service yet have such a poor delivery experience (as noted in previous reviews). Be cautious if you’re sending these as a gift; if the courier fails to deliver properly, it will be your responsibility, and your money may be wasted.

I got a notification from the delivery service that my package was delivered, but I have no idea where it went, as I definitely did not receive it. The delivery photo only showed a white wall. I contacted the representative, who said they would ask the delivery service to attempt delivery again that day, but nothing arrived. I followed up again and was told they would be delivered the next day, but they weren’t! I reached out once more and received no reply. Very disappointing.
This company is quite disappointing. They don't answer calls or return them. Emails get ignored. Finally, I received a response, but it was of no help. My order of brownies was lost, and no one responds to my emails or calls. I suggest looking elsewhere.
I've ordered these brownies many times for gifts and family. Today, two boxes arrived, and I'm shocked by the decrease in product size. The brownies are much smaller and don’t fit the same box. It feels like a rip-off. I would have preferred a slight price increase rather than a box that feels empty—it's embarrassing to give as a gift. I might need to find alternatives since the taste is similar to others.

My order of 10 slabs for my daughter’s wedding was handled efficiently. Communication was excellent, and the order arrived in perfect condition on the scheduled day. They were a hit with all the wedding guests, and one leftover slab froze well too. Highly recommend!
