Such a disappointment that, on my second online order from them, Gower Cottage's customer service didn't come up to scratch, nor were they prepared to find a solution after it was wrongly processed when the payment site had a glitch. Not their fault in itself but their lack of assistance and then silence as I tried to sort out this gift for a poorly friend left a bad taste in the mouth.
