The disrepair claim began in 2022, and I finally decided to terminate my relationship with the service in December 2025 after enduring three years of being advised to be patient, even though the local authority breached the agreement four times. The local authority misrepresented facts and even threatened to evict me over a non-existent breach, and as of December 13, 2025, they have violated another section of my tenancy agreement. Throughout this ordeal, the support team ignored numerous fraudulent actions by the local authority during my disrepair claim. I cannot recommend this service unless you have unlimited time and are willing to live with disrepair while your landlord escapes accountability. The firm appears primarily interested in profiting from landlord violations rather than genuinely assisting tenants, with my landlord having breached the agreement four times since 2022.
