After 4 months, I have had no allowance made for my disability, and everytime I complain and ask for either a x senior partner or the DEI manager, ask i get are complaints.
This form seem to ignore their obligations to identify themselves, as they make up excuses that they cannot call from the main number, which are anti scam measures advised by the ICO and the met police. I feel abused by what seems to be arrogant staff who bully people into using non secure phone numbers.
I have tried to get a senior partner yesterday, but instead of them making reasonable adjustments for me, they wanted me to make unreasonable adjustments for them!

The firm seems more focused on profiting from landlord breaches than actually helping tenants, and my landlord has violated the agreement four times since 2022.

I'm really disappointed and it’s evident to me that this service lacks the competence to handle a claim from start to finish. Think carefully before entrusting them with your case; there are definitely better options available. This has been a valuable lesson for me.
