I was contacted by this firm months ago regarding disrepair issues in my property. After a call and sending pictures, they indicated I had grounds to file a claim against my landlord. However, after months of back and forth, I received an email this morning stating that my landlord continues to deny liability, leading them to close the case. Previously, we discussed the possibility of taking the matter to civil court, but it seems the firm isn't inclined to pursue that route. Now, I'm left with many repairs unfinished and some only partially completed. I'm really disappointed and it’s evident to me that this service lacks the competence to handle a claim from start to finish. Think carefully before entrusting them with your case; there are definitely better options available. This has been a valuable lesson for me.
