The disrepair claim started in 2022, and I finally decided to part ways in December 2025 after three years of being told to be patient, despite the local authority breaching the agreement four times. The local authority misled me and even threatened to take my home over a non-existent breach, and as of December 13, 2025, they have breached another section of my tenancy agreement. All of this occurred while the support team overlooked various fraudulent actions from the local authority during my disrepair claim. I strongly advise against using this service unless you have endless time to spare and can tolerate living in disrepair while your landlord evades accountability. The firm seems more focused on profiting from landlord breaches than actually helping tenants, and my landlord has violated the agreement four times since 2022.
