By the end of the week, each gown will have been worn multiple times, which is evident. They charge £74 each! The digital image costs an additional £45, and two weeks later, it still hasn’t arrived. The website claims delivery can take up to six weeks, which is absurd for a simple digital image. Graduation is a significant milestone after years of hard work and debt, yet this service drains the joy from the occasion with their exorbitant prices and poor service. Following a response, I received a generic reply to my complaint. I have no desire to engage further with this company and advise others to seek alternatives for their special day.
