The service deserves only one star since there's no option for less! I am extremely dissatisfied as a member of HM Forces who ordered in good faith at my university's suggestion. I am now denied the chance to return subpar goods due to an absurdly short return window. There's no feedback email and poor customer service, plus the company altered my account details without consent. I remain very unhappy and will need to escalate the issue with trading standards for the provision of poor quality, overpriced items. Unfortunately, this terrible service seems to dominate graduation hire, making it hard to find alternatives.
I was quite let down by the USB images. While I can't fault the package I bought, they aren’t clear about what the USB contains. You can only purchase it with another package, which seems unfair. I spent twenty pounds for a photo I didn’t even like, just to please my family. I was hoping to access a photo I appreciated on the USB, which was significant to me. It shouldn’t be complicated when students are paying a considerable amount.

When I tried to find a cheaper option, I encountered persistent payment errors. This clearly seems like a tactic to limit choices to their most expensive options. What kind of business exploits students during what should be a joyful occasion? I advise fellow students: avoid paying their deposit. Just take photos with your own phone instead.
An absolutely terrible experience and a complete rip-off! My son graduated from a local university, and the graduation process felt like a production line with multiple ceremonies daily. By the end of the week, each gown will have been worn multiple times, which is evident. They charge £74 each! The digital image costs an additional £45, and two weeks later, it still hasn’t arrived. The website claims delivery can take up to six weeks, which is absurd for a simple digital image. Graduation is a significant milestone after years of hard work and debt, yet this service drains the joy from the occasion with their exorbitant prices and poor service. Following a response, I received a generic reply to my complaint. I have no desire to engage further with this company and advise others to seek alternatives for their special day.
I highly recommend their professional, friendly, and efficient service; the quality is outstanding. I visited a branch recently, and the long trip was absolutely worth it. A staff member had pre-ordered the necessary sizes, and I received excellent assistance throughout. Their aftercare for alterations was also superb. The wide range of products and the lifetime quality make it worth the journey; I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
