This is a scam! I accidentally placed three orders for toy dogs. When I tried to cancel, I couldn’t. I emailed customer service for a refund, but they said I could return the package once it arrived—only it never did. It's been four weeks, and I can't find any contact information. Please stay away from this company that preys on vulnerable people.
