The advertisement I encountered showed a toy dog much larger than what I received. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged three times without my permission. I never got any return instructions, and their customer service seems to be located overseas. I found the same toy available for a much lower price elsewhere, and I ended up overcharged. Now I need to dispute these charges with my credit card company.
The advertisement on a video platform showcased a toy dog that was 20 times larger than what I received. Additionally, they charged my credit card three times. I never received any return information, and the phone number provided is in another country. I found the same toy for $7.99 elsewhere, but I was charged $35. In total, I lost $105 and now need to dispute the charges with my credit card provider.
I wish I could give zero stars! Unfortunately, I had to give at least one to submit this. I am incredibly disappointed with what I received. The toy dogs were the ugliest I've ever seen! The claims made in the advertisement are completely false. I regret not reading reviews before placing my order. I need a refund, but they aren’t responding.
Upon checking this company, it's clear they have numerous complaints and a low rating due to false transactions and undelivered products. I thought they were reputable, but I was mistaken. I want my money back or the toys delivered before I file a complaint.

This is clearly a scam. I ordered a toy dog as a Christmas gift on November 30th, 2025. By December 20th, with no delivery, I emailed multiple times. I was told to be patient, but after Christmas, I gave up and disputed the charge, getting my money back through my credit card provider. I strongly advise against ordering from this unreliable company; you won’t receive your items or a refund.
