The advertisement I encountered showed a toy dog much larger than what I received. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged three times without my permission. I never got any return instructions, and their customer service seems to be located overseas. I found the same toy available for a much lower price elsewhere, and I ended up overcharged. Now I need to dispute these charges with my credit card company.
