Unbelievable how unprofessional this company is. We had a tour to Auschwitz booked for today — our one and only chance to visit — and absolutely no one showed up. We waited at the hotel reception from 4 a.m. for almost two hours, and no one even bothered to call or notify us about the issue.It wasn’t until the following morning that the company replied to one of the emails we had sent during the night, saying the driver had been unwell. It’s honestly unbelievable that a company offering this kind of service wouldn’t call or notify the hotels where their passengers are waiting — and that they wouldn’t have a backup driver in place in case of emergencies.We even went to bed early last night to be rested and ready — all for nothing. No one is going to give us back the time we lost or fix the disappointment. We absolutely do not recommend this company. Others should be warned about the terrible service they provide.
