We booked a tour because it included hotel pickup at 10:00 am. However, the night before, we received an email canceling the tour due to a 'broken' transfer bus, and we were given the option to wait for the next day or receive a refund. Unfortunately, we were returning to our country the next day, so we requested our money back, and he informed us it would take 3 to 7 working days.
Due to a flight delay, I attempted to contact the office repeatedly, but no one answered. They called me about my children's ages, and I mentioned the delay. We waited at the airport for 50 minutes, and they never arrived! I tried calling numerous times, but no one picked up. Seeing all the negative ratings now, I regret booking and pre-paying.
This company essentially scams clients. They charged £286 for a tour, then changed the pickup time from 7 am to 4 am and did not show up! After reading similar reviews, it's clear that getting a refund is unlikely. Do not engage with this business! It's disgraceful.
The trip for two cost 700 PLN, based on entry tickets at 143 PLN each. The shared taxi totalled over 415 PLN. A private Uber ride would have cost less than 40 PLN each way. Essentially, we paid 335 PLN (£70) extra for a shared taxi that included a 30-minute wait. We expected a guided tour, but all we received was a taxi ride to the location!
I had a terrible experience with this company. Their website claimed pickup at 8:30 AM and a tour starting around 10:00 AM with an English-speaking guide. However, the night before, they messaged us saying pickup was now at 4:20 AM, with some guests picked up as early as 3:00 AM! We waited in line for hours at Auschwitz, missing the first available English tour. This tour ended up being an early pickup, long waits, and minimal organization for €100 per person. Save money and do it independently!
We used the service during our recent visit to Krakow. We were kept informed via WhatsApp prior to our arrival and during our return journey to the airport. Both drivers arrived on time, and our driver on the return trip was exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
These are greedy scammers! We, a family of four, paid €360 only to find it was a total scam. Our pickup was changed to 2 am less than 24 hours before, and the entire journey, waiting, and tour time was said to be 12 hours. It was very suspicious, especially since the actual museum tour only takes 90 minutes. We realized we had been scammed after reading the reviews. Overall, a very upsetting experience.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. A driver accused me of spilling water in his vehicle just because I had a bottle of water. I did not spill anything, but that didn’t stop him from threatening me. I do not expect to be threatened by a driver while paying for a service, and I will definitely file a complaint with the company.
