I was incredibly let down and frustrated by the service. The packers treated our belongings carelessly and neglected them, poorly labeling items which made it challenging to find them in the new house, leaving the air conditioning running at our previous residence, and leaving doors open during the rain, leading to water damage to our furniture. Most distressing was the disappearance of a valuable item. I wouldn't have written this review if the company had extended the courtesy of a return call or an apology, but we received neither. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, I will not be using this service again.
